Become Part of History—Saint Paul History!
The citizens of Saint Paul are invited to share their personal stories about why you feel a sense of belonging to this unique city. Along with your story, submit an image of your hand?all stories and hands will be featured on the web site offering you and others a chance to connect or re-connect with the city you call home.
Moving forward, additional manhole covers will feature a sampling of handprints randomly chosen from those ‘hands’ submitted through the “Hand In History” outreach program.
